When submitting documents by mail, please ensure the following requirements are met:

- Full name of the recipient
- Complete mailing address and telephone number
- Prepaid shipping label with barcode
- Prepaid return envelope
Important Notes
- Some shipping labels expire after 3 months.
- Certain consular procedures may take longer than 3 months.
- Applicants are advised to verify label validity with the shipping provider before mailing documents.
- The Consulate General is not responsible for the loss of documents sent through postal or courier services.
